Student progress is rigorously assessed through SAT 10, Mid-Semester Assessments, and End-of-Year Examinations prior to promotion. With consistent teacher guidance and intervention, ACS students graduate from high school fully prepared for college-level studies.

Older students (ages 15–18) may join our Accelerated High School (AHS) track, which allows faster progression and enables students to complete high school within two to four years, depending on individual learning needs. Meanwhile, regular courses are available for all students, progressing at a standard one-grade-per-year pace.

Many ACS Alumni were accepted by prestigious universities and institutions such as Duke University, Yale Medical School, Johns Hopkins University, and United States Military Academy (West Point), underscoring the long-term impact of ACS’s rigorous and holistic academic framework.

Foundation Classes

For beginning English Language Learners, ACS offers Foundation Classes focusing on phonics and vocabulary, typically spanning Kindergarten through Grade 2 content within a single academic year.
These classes establish essential reading and speaking skills, allowing students with no prior English background to build a solid linguistic foundation before advancing to higher-level coursework.

Intensive Classes provide an accelerated learning pathway covering Bible, Mathematics, and English (including grammar, spelling, poetry, vocabulary, and essay writing) from Grades 3 to 7 within one school year.
This program helps older ELL students recover lost learning time and reach their appropriate grade-level proficiency efficiently.

Upon successful completion of the Intensive Classes, students advance to Grade 8, where they study History, Science, English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Bible.
By this stage, students are typically proficient in listening, reading, comprehension, and spoken English, allowing them to engage confidently with content-heavy subjects such as science and social studies.

ACS offers a comprehensive range of high school subjects, including Mathematics, English Composition and Literature, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, U.S. History, and World History.
Our strong STEM curriculum has led many graduates to pursue degrees in engineering and medicine. Students are also encouraged to explore a variety of elective courses that align with their personal interests and career aspirations.

Depending on a student’s age and placement, ACS provides an Accelerated High School (AHS) program that can be completed in two, three, or four years. For instance, a student entering at age 16 may complete high school in two years under the AHS track. This system ensures that all students are able to graduate by age 18, provided they passed the 8th grade diagnostic English test at age 16.
