International students are welcome to apply for admission to ACS. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure a smooth application process.

Step 1: Schedule an initial Appointment with the school administrator

Arrange an appointment with the school administrator. This can be done virtually.
The administrator will provide an introductory briefing about Agape Christian School.
The student must attend with at least one parent.

Step 2: Interview with the principal

Schedule a virtual interview with the school principal.
The student and at least one parent must attend this interview.

Step 3: Receive F1-Visa Student Application Package

If the student passes the principal’s interview, the school will send the F1-Visa student application package via Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or another preferred communication method.

Step 4: Complete Required Documentation

Parents must fill out and return all required forms and documents included in the application package.
Submit all forms, academic records, test scores, and proof of financial responsibility as required by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regulations.

Step 5: Pay Application Fees and Deposits

Submit the Application Fee and Reservation Deposit to the ACS Office.
Applications cannot be processed until these fees are received.
All payments must be made in U.S. currency, and international students are responsible for any foreign bank handling fees.

Step 6: Obtain U.S. Visa

Make an appointment with the U.S. Embassy in your home country to apply for a student visa.
If the U.S. visa is approved, students must attend school within 30 days of visa approval.

Step 7: Financial Requirements

Before final acceptance and issuance of the Form I-20, students must pay in advance:

One year’s tuition
Room and board fees
Other applicable fees
One-way transportation deposit from ACS to the student’s home country

Note: For all new students, tuition and related fees for the first academic year are strictly non-refundable, including cases of early withdrawal or transfer.
